STAY WELL CLEAR! CHEAP NASTY AND NO NOTION OF CUSTOMER SERVICES! Got a sewing machine from them in September - it is awful - does not work, cheap and nasty and stalls every two minutes. Sent it back - at cost of over £8 to me (!!) and it was received by IW over 10 days ago. Refund time? Yes? NOOOO! Got sewing machine on easy pay and today second and final installment was taken from my account! Yes over 10 days since they received the faulty one back.

Call to order the machine should have put me off - like lots on here hanging on for ages, operator trying to sell me other stuff etc. all at cost to me!

Only given one star coz there's no option to give none (or minus!
