If I could give zero ratings I would! I have been with Privilege for over 5 years and always thought they were good, due to the price of their cover. I have recently had to deal with them due to a no-liability claim, where they took my car to carry out all repairs. They returned the car with half the repairs not completed, then told me that they hadn't done the remaining repairs as they say it was pre-existing damage, a fact disputed in writing by their own appointed repair company. Having to deal with their "Customer Services" is a joke. I wouldn't go near them again with a barge pole and advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs.
