appaling never reached delhi stopped at dalaman turkey because of technical fault with aircraft, never took off for delhi again, were told to find hotel for the night and come back in the morning, came back to find no BA staff, and no airport staff would answer questions, eventuall 5 hours after returning to airprt BA staff arrive to tell us that we need to pay for a flight home and will here from the company about refund/compensation, still waiting to hear from them 11months on.do not fly BA!!!!!!
