I bought a Samsung Tocco Lite brand new from the Carphone Warehouse and 8 weeks later the touch screen started freezing. I therefore took it back to the Carphone Warehouse as it was still in its warranty and they took it in for repair. 4 weeks later I get the phone back COMPLETELY DEAD (it won't even turn on) and they tell me it has water damage and therefore it cannot be fixed as it is my fault. They have taken my phone with a slight fault and given me back a completely broken phone. From internet Reviews i see this is something they do all the time. People take their phone in for minor faults and then when they get it back it is completely dead and the carphone warehouse blame it on condensation or water damage. I know water damage was not the case with my phone and from what I see on the reviews a lot of other people are adamant was not the cause of problem on their phone either. Carphone Warehouse are running a scam and are getting away with it. Something needs to be done. I will be contacting the Trading Standards.
