I am now losing the will to live !! I have recieved my SECOND sofa off CSL, and guess what ??? yes there is a fault !!! My first sofa arrived in Feb 2009 called in about the fault straight away, took them until MAY 2009 for them to move themselves after many many phone calls. I ordered the same one and waited the full 10 weeks delivery, recieved it in August. Now that has a fault !!! the back of the sofa seat is very very loose, hubby has tried to fix it but to no avail.Its a recline sofa and chairs (Laguna suite), i curse the day i walked in that store...... do not buy from csl !!!!! I wish i had read this review site before i made my purchase. When there advert comes on the telly i want to throw up !
