Having read some of the reviews it appears that some are clearly written by Nova Car hire staff. How can any company in this day and age just not respond to complaints in timely manner. Customer service is not their forte once things do not go to plan.
I am now in process of commencing legal proceedings in order to get my money back for a taxi fare I was virtually blackmailed into having. There was no other way to get to the airport for my flight.
Auto Europe, the actual firm they use at Pisa are no help either. They are all refusing to take responsibilty for any complaint.
Save your money, book elsewhere!
