We have used this company for the last 3 years and always have had a great sevice.We booked our transfers as a shuttle tranfer and have always got a small bus.We were so disappointed we were located a coach and to make matters worse we were kept waiting for a hour and half for one couple on the same flight.I know that was not the companies fault but to land at 9.30 and collected our luggage really quickly and not arrive at the hotel till 12,and not dropped at the hotel but at the top off the road. It would have made a choice of transport if we had known this.We will use this company again but not the transfer.We had a wonderful holiday.
