This is the worst company I have ever spoken to in my life. This is also the first time I have writen a review about a company online. This shows how much I hate this company. Firstly our voucher went out of date by 15 days. When trying to re claim the vouch we were told that this wouldnt be posible. This is fair enough however I then tried to re book through them and spoke to their moronic call center, who sounded like they couldnt care less about booking it for me. They couldnt even get it together to book my experence. I asked them to call me back and never got a call back from then even though I was willing to spend £350. Honestly worst company I have ever spoken to. What a badly managed buisness. Hopefully it will go bancrupt soon so that they cant upset anyone else!!
