I recently worked for yesloans, and people think they treat customers badly!! try being their staff!! in the short month that I was employed there I witnessed 4-5 people being sacked, 7-8 people walking out, and the majority of the floor being screamed and sworn at, as staff we are not expected to prvide good customer service, just to get the money from the clients, I HATED this job, i'm now unemployed but would rather that than work for them... FYI whilst I was there I seen staff being sacked for garunteeing loans, which is illegal as a broker, if this is reported to the TSA they are at high risk of being shut down, or so ive heard
