Whatever you do, do not order from this shop. I have never written a review before, but this is the first time in several years I have had such a bad experience with a site.

I ordered my shirt only for it to arrive in the wrong size. For a shop that had one basic job (to send out correct products) this was already a pain in the neck. I sent it back recorded delivery and awaited a refund as they had no correct size shirts.

Alas, they claimed to have never received it. I contacted Royal Mail and after several weeks got back to me stating that they had contacted uksoccershop and that they had not responded. Then I contacted uksoccershop to ask about this.

Hurrah, after two months I finally had word that they were going to process my payment within the next week.

A week and a half later I had to chase them again, this time they were telling me that the payment process had gone wrong. They hadn't bothered to tell me this though.

They have now asked for me to request money through paypal. I have done it, even though I will be charged a fee to accept the payment. I am still awaiting a refund for something that wasn't my fault three months later...

Whatever you do, don't get stung like me. Especially if you haven't got the patience.
