been with talk talk now for 6mths and to be honest i hate everything about them!!! it took forever to finally get the router for the internet and then had to wait another 14days to get the phone line live!! the customer service is terrible, not one person seems to know what they are talking about so pass you pillow to post for half hour till someone finally does!!! i was cut off and when i rang talk talk was told my account was 20pounds in credit, i asked the lady if im in credit why have you restricted my line and broadband and was told my account had never been live and i was in fact not even with talk talk at all!!! it took 90minutes to finally sort it out
the next problem came when trying to register for online billing i cant register and rang again to be told i would get a bill sent home 2 days later i received a letter saying im sorry your leaving talk talk!!!! IM SO ANGRY this means phoning again to rectify another of their mistakes
i would advise everyone to stay clear of talk talk bt may be a bit more expensive but at least your paying someone who knows what they are doing!!!
