Totally appalling!
The website just got utterly swamped (as I had expected) but the "Registration Retrieval Tool" (their name, not mine) failed time after time. I wasted well over 14 hours yesterday only to find that all the tickets sold out by 9pm.
Surely they must have anticipated the massive surge in traffic to their site, yet they seemed to be completely underprepared, with a site that - even now - simply does not work.
Come on, Emily Eavis! Choose a better, more reputable ticket management process next time and we'll all be a lot less disappointed.
