They are Rubbish! We have taken treadmill superstore to the county court and they still won't return our money or take back the treadmill. The treadmill has never worked, the engineer has been sent out twice and can't mend it, and even he has said it unrepairable! We have spent pounds and pounds trying to contact them and they always say " someone will phone you back" or "someone will contact you to have the treadmill collected", it never happens!!! They are cowboys trying to make an easy buck, and robbing innocent people. The county court is toothless, and to be honest nobody really cares apart from folk like you and me who have lost hundreds of pounds. We've lost £499.99 + £45 taking them to court. All I can say is "what goes around comes around" and eventually they will get their just desserts, as we've now contacted BBC1 Watchdog so watch out Treadmill Superstore, soon everyone will know what bad service you give and that you rob innocent people!!!!!
