What an absolute hell hole of a place. No wonder the Pontins at Blackpool has closed due to falling numbers, more likely due to falling buildings etc. We were due to stay for 3 nights but as we checked in on friday evening, it was touch and go if we would stay one night! The whole site is a dump and in desperate need of upgrading. Our chalet had a hole in the door, holes in walls, dirty marks all over walls, no carpet in 'living' room area, the bunk beds wernt safe enough for my 3 yr old to sllep on, dirty fridge and utensils, and yes the weather was bad, but we could feel the cold wind blowing in through the door and windows. We checked out sat morning after my husband and daughter woke up with a bite each on their leg. Cannot understand how this place is advertised as a family holiday park. Will never ever go again. Dont rate at all, but couldnt leave review without putting in a star rating.
