I do a lot of my shopping on the internet and I love it. The only time I have any problem is when the supplier uses one of the many hopeless couriers that now seem to be flooding the market. I have had cards left advising me to collect a parcel from depots that are 40 miles away or arrange re-delivery which I do and wait in all day for to no avail resulting in another tear your hair out phone call. I have now placed a rule on my internet shopping --If it's not by Royal Mail then forget it . Too many companies are negotiating with couriers for mail contracts which suit their pockets but believe me it does not suit their business as they must be losing customers.
The Post office beats these couriers hands down from the customer end. Local offices are always nearby to collect the item,if required. Of course it to can have problems but compared to most of the others its 5 star.
