Hello! Currently selling my property in Wolverhampton with Connells. It has been up for sale for just under three months now and has not had a single viewing. I seem to be pestering them constantly to actually see what they are going to do, I am paying them after all!

When an employee came to do the valuation, the estate agency seemed very professional and keen to sell my property and informed me that once it was up for sale there were many people who would want to view it. Did they get lost? In the three months it has been up for sale, it only has been in the property section of the newspaper twice! They obviously can't be bothered to help me sell!!!

In a contract with them for 20 weeks, but if I withdraw the property from the market I need to pay a withdrawal fee of £150! £150 for them doing nothing. Doesn't seem fair to me.
