Heard this morning that Balckpool Pontins is closing, best news ever.
I was there with my sons football team in May and I have never seen anything like it. The staff were unhelpful,rude and really just couldn't have done anything else to be so unhelpfull. The room was disgusting -dirty, holes in bed sheets, dirty cups and by the first morning after wakening up the room was crawling with ants.
We've been to Cuba twice and to different resorts and for basically a 3rd world country by god they could give Pontins a run for their money.
The Great Escape just comes to mind.
My husband put together a letter when we came back and I printed off the pictures and sent recorded delivery and to this day 5 moths later we still await their reply!!!!!!!!! wonder why it's closing eh
