A useless company. Tried to buy item twice on line but the payment failed, as did numerous attempts to email comet through their on line system. Every method fails and you have to spend a fortune hanging on the phone speaking to rude staff. Fridge freezer was finally ordered but on delivery the driver asked me if i wanted the wrapping removed and i replied yes (Obviously). However, instead of removing wrapping once the item was safely inside my home they took it off in the van then proceeded to bash and bang the fridge freezer up a set of steps and into my home. It was covered in dents. I phoned their head office who offered me £40 off the price! I said I wanted to cancel the order as the item was ruined and asked them to come and take it away again, whereupon they replied fine someone will phone you and put the phone down on me! This is the most incompetent, unhelpful and shoddy company i have ever used and I will never use them again and would certainly not recommend anyone else to purchase from here. The service is atrocious and the only way to purchase is in store or on the telephone. Totally inept staff and the poorest service I have received. RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH.
