I bought a refurbished C902 online from CW. Bad mistake. Within hours it was locking up during calls. I returned to a shop to be repaired. Picked it up 4 days later and they couldn't say what they had done to it but it was worse. Wouldn't give me a refund as they said I had handed it in for repair. I managed to return it after several phone calls. The shop failed to give me a refund due to poor staff training in handling these. Several calls and emails later they have issued a cheque which I am still waiting for. I got £30 compensation for wasted petrol and calls. The phone was bought on 8.8.09 and I am still waiting for the refund 4.10.09!!!!!!!
