Applied on line 27th September 2009 for Flexible Saver 6, and received acknowledgement by e mail same day, stating that they would send account no.and email logon details. Didn,t say when - still waiting 7 days later. Have emailed them - no reply, can't get through on phone either! Terrible service - suggest don't use 'em. I'm not going to!
