The Appliances Direct is the worst online company Ihad to deal with. I have ordered a Neff gas hob over the phone on 26/08/09, and promised to be delivered within 4 working days. The delivery was 2 days earlier than expected, but wrong item was delivered. It took them 4 working days to collect the wrong hob and I was promised that the right one will be delivered two days after. After a week waiting i called them to find out how long it will take to get my Neff hob to be delivered, but I was told the product has been discontinued and no more available to order. Why it was sold to me over the phone in the first place? They offered me a refund. I had to wait 4 weeks to get my money back, each week i had to call appliances direct customer services and beg them to get my money back .I got my money finally back, but Appliance Direct charged me for delivery cost of the item that I have never ordered in the first place (£20). After 6 weeks of dealing with incompetent people from Appliances Direct, waste of money and time and I have decided to write this review to warn you.
