I have just arrived back from Trelawne Manor after two weeks, we had lovely weather every day, I thought the staff were really nice and helpful. the caravan was a silver which was clean enough apart from doggy smells which was more noticable when you first came into the caravan, the location of our van was next to the roadway it was like a racetrack at times, speed ramps are not my favourite things but i feel the site should have more for the childrens safety, Oue first week was lovely and peaceful but the neighbours from hell moved in next door occuping two vans they were the most inconsiderate people shouting and screaming well after midnight but the security people did nothing just walked past them and said evening all and left them to it. so i was glad to leave there get home for some peace and a decent nights sleep. so sorry john fowler you may be cheaper than haven but you need to sort out the trouble makers so everyone can enjoy their time at your parks.

Dear Guest,
What a pity the minority spoilt it for the majority as in your case the rowdy neighbours when you stayed at Trelawne, its a pity your stay was spoilt, don't let that put you off though, I am sure that if you reported it to the Reception the next day, and contacted the Head office at Ilfracomb, and asked to speak to Mr Martin Fowler, the rest of your stay would have been better, however, it could have been the possibility that they actually owned the caravan as there are a lot of owners vans on this site, either way it does not give them the right to make your stay uncomfortable.
