Booked 2 months prior,Got voucher + paid deposit.On arrival the "partner" Avis was closed,advised closed all day,managed to get on coach to hotel.Phoned Econ.Rentals they said we'll phone back.They did but only to say another car at Airport-have to find own way there-£35 taxi!!!They refused to pay for taxi and said contract was cancelled.I made clear I wanted car delivered as soon as poss: or the taxi fare ,both refused.Extremely rude and not a care in the world of the amount of inconvience this caused.Note:- Greek company not subject to GB laws.Note:- NO excees is NOT true -only agree to refund excess if they are satisfied(on their terms)ADVISE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
