Titanic Spa was dirty (even at 9am the toilets were disgusting), over booked, which they actually admitted, so not enough lockers, wet towels left all over the place, hair on the floors and all around the pool (which was not very warm)! Were made to wear the robe for the tour, even though we would have preferred to stay in our casual clothes, which includes walking right through the middle of the restaurant - hygienic? ... I don't think so! Miserable and unhelpful staff! Only one changing cubicle. We had gone for the day but left at 2pm! Approached the desk to settle our account to be told we had nothing outstanding. 3 days later we got a rude and snotty call informing us that we had 'just walked out without paying'! On explaining the situation they accepted it was their error and perhaps a 'new member of staff was on the desk that day'!! Desserts are not included with the meal and the food is very average and you only get a side plate which is too small. The head massage however, was excellent. Having visited other spas in the UK this is no-where near the standard I would have expected. Very disappointed.
