If you buy this at a home show or other live event, pay close attention to how many irons are available for demo. You will never see them run out of steam - the most negative feature of this product. Steam does not last long enough between refills to make this a practicle iron. Refilling while the iron is still hot requires careful steps and is very dangerous. The time saved ironing is offset by the frequency of refilling water tank. And don't even think of over filling! Water will squirt onto cloths and leave stains. We more often go to our backup standard steam iron for every day needs.
