I actually got my d75 second hand, and it's a lot better than I thought it would be, there are a lot of good features on this camera and the pictures come out great. The video feature isn't so good, but what do you expect from a camera that doesn't cost the Earth? It's small and looks good, and I've knocked it around a few times and it still works fine. It does kind of lie about how long batteries last though... If you take them out when they're supposedly drained and then put them back in everything's good again, but I will probably get rechargable batteries for this camera, and it's a shame that it uses batteries instead of you being able to charge it.
Bottom line; a good camera if you're on a tight budget and not a professional photographer, but not so great with the batteries.
