I have been using Ebay to buy various items for over 5 years and find it an excellent website to use. In the past five years I have had three problems with late or no show purchases but as I had signed up with paypal all issues were resolved with full refunds.
When I am looking for presents etc on the internet and find something that catches my eye I always check if that particular item is on Ebay and 7 times out of ten I can actually get it cheaper on Ebay.
I have bid on several items and I have now learned to set myself a limit as it can be quite competitive when someone is bidding against you and on a couple of occasions I have got quite carried away, hence the limit.
On the whole I think Ebay is an excellent website to use.
