exasperating experience,It's incredibly hard to email their 'customer support' . It's easier to email NASA.

After I received my books later than I should have,I wanted to return one of them,because it was misrepresented on their site (it was a book for high school, but none of that was mentioned in the description. I am not 16 anymore). I tried to fill their return form and I was getting strange error messages. I tried to email them but I was just getting nowhere,since they make it very hard for you to contact them by email. I did not bother to phone since I'd wasted enough time and just got rid of the stupid book.

I had another problem with their website since I was getting error messages and after writing a message to 'customer support' for over 10 minutes, I could not send the email because I needed an order number. Strange, since from the option menu I choose 'other' and thus had not much to do with an order.

Quite frankly, a very stupid system to get customers to write to them. Do they do it on purpose? Probably !!!! I have had enough of them and from now on will not buy from them anymore.
