Initially I was unsure about making my purchase from Handtec, because of reading some bad reviews.
Since having a bad experience with an Amazon marketplace camera supplier, I now always read sellers reviews on Google before purchasing online.
In the case of Handtec, I cannot praise them enough, their email response time was within a day.Their action concerning a mistake with address details from Google Checkout was resolved instantly, even suggesting that I may refuse delivery and credit cost of item if I suffered any delay. The Fedex shipment to Spain was marked "priority urgent".
What more can I tell you? All this with the most competitive pricing.
