The Mothercare Xcursion.This is the most useless travel system ever. I bought it and used the carrycot/car seat for first 6 months and it was fine. The pushchair however is another story. The wheels lock when you are pushing it. The handle slips when it is on the lowest setting and on certain surfaces the pushchair pulls to the felt making it impossible to steer. I am about to begin court proceedings against mother care under the "Sale of Goods " act as they refuse to change it for another system or refund me. However i have discovered that Mothercare Xcursion is continually being returned to the manufacturers all with 1 or more of the above faults!!!! Mother care kindly suggested i was using it incorrectly! If anyone reads this having the same experience please contact me direct as I need evidence (Mothercare words!!) for court. I've been told by Mothercare that i need to prove it was unsatisfactory at time of purchase as i complained after 6 months. Obviously a baby has to be 6 months to support themselves in a pushchair, I'm presuming Mothercare do not agree!!! i've had to buy a stroller as the mothercare system is inoperable. Currently £400 down. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM EVER!! I only put 1 star on this review as it wont accept it with none!!!Please contact me gmountjoy@btinternet.com
