having returned just over a week ago from Haggerston Castle, I cannot understand why this Haven 'holiday' site is still operating, the superior upgraded caravan was filthy, mould on pillows, duvet smelled of sweaty feet and stale cigarettes, pans in kitchen were rusty and there was left over food from the last occupants on the utensils, the gas fire didn't work and the TV remote was held together with black tape with the batteries hanging out, the windows were greased up with chocolate and crumbs of food, altogether a place I wouldn't put my dog. The office staff were totally indifferent about our plight and would not give a refund as we left the next morning. They are taking money under false pretenses, shut this place down!
