They used to make me deposit $ into an account before I could buy phone cards but for some reason I couldn't find the $15 or so remaining. Their customer service claims to know nothing of it. Worse, they insulted me by asking if I needed a Spanish-speaking customer service to make it sound like I was talking nonsense.
