Using Chillisauce.co.uk to 'organise' my event was a complete waste of time and money. I wanted to buy a certain event for a large group and due to short-notice, i was not able to book it directly from the vendor, so I went through an agency - Chillisauce - who claimed that they could book the £50 per head event that I wanted. At first I was shocked at the fact that they charged £5 per head extra just for making the booking but it was not until I called the vendor myself that I found out they had actually booked my group onto a lesser event which was originally available for me to book independedntly for £45 per head anyway. So for £10 per head extra I got the event I didnt want as well as zero organisation. Terrible!
Customer service when raising my concerns was sub-zero and as far as they were concerned, I was wrong.
