this company is a complete scam i got a nokia 5800 with 02 in june. it fell out my pocket at the end of july and landed straight a in a puddle and hasnt turned on since. NOW ive contacted supersh*tinsurance numerous amounts of times sent my proof of purchase of 4 times, 3 by recorded delivery by royal mail and these clowns tell me every time that they havent received it this company makes you want to pull your hair out. they make no effort what so ever to contact you. the royal mail have even told me they have got a signature of them. so they have received proof of purchase so no other choice but to reports them to trading standards im at the end of my patience with this company now people if you get a phone call off reliance cover or supercover insurance tell them where to stick it they should be shut down!!!
