I am very disappointed in the overall service provided by Bloomex. I ordered a fruit basket for a very ill individual who had specifically requested this. Order substitution made, a plant, very late e-mail informing me of substitution. Prior to ordering I asked if the order going to the address was a problem, was assured no problem. No response to my 2 phone calls and now 3 e-mails, very unhappy would never use again and advise others to order from a trusted service or find a service for the immediate area of delivery
