We booked a full size car. Went to pick it up - got a small size car, being told we had not paid enough to have a full size car. We had no choice but to accept the car. I have complained to economy car rentals and all I get is a response that doesn't make sense as the person I deal with only speaks broken English. They have taken no notice of the fact that we paid for a full size car for 4 adults and ended up with a Ford Fiesta. Very disappointed in the service we have received and the fact that they do not even read my e-mails properly. I do not recommend using their services. Absolutely disgusted with them.
