Customer Service?bought concert tickets nov 2008 for concert in oct 2009 on internet with beneficial visa transpired vendor was previous bankrupt ticket tout.confirmed in guardian newspaper and bbc watchdog programme.I tried to cancel payment with benificial who stated that the vendor had to have opportunity to provide tickets,but would make comment on my accountfor future reference. Feb 2009 Marbles take over account, tickets arrive 5 days before event not what originally ordered and costing £100 pound less tried to claim for the difference, Marbles informed me as the purchase was from outside UK vendor could overcharge for them,I cancelled my Marbles account forthwith STEER WELL CLEAR OF MARBLES
