First claim made 8 weeks ago - have been with them for 6 years. They have found excuse not to pay up. Customer Service is absolutely non existent. They bump the price up each year and going by what I have been told in a letter today advising they will not be paying out that when you get your renewal each year you must tell them if your pet has been to the vet for treatment, then they can decide whether they will continue to insure the animal for that particular ailment.
Absolute shambles and complete waste of money - might as well have put the monthly premium into a doggy bank account to pay for any vet bills.
When I got my latest renewal I queried the price rise which was 25% and they said everything had gone up and was I not happy with the quote. They could do it at the same cost as the previous year!! I ask you - whats the point. KEEP WELL AWAY - DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY
