Thought they were fine until there was a hitch, and I now can categorically say I have never ever experienced worse customer service in my entire life. If you have a problem with a manager, you're stymied, because there is absolutely nowhere else to go. Check out the customer service website for Specsavers to see what I mean - it effectively does not exist. The staff change so often (telling you something) that there is no continuity, no desire to help. They have been taking my money without sending me lenses for months, and won't even apologize now that they have seen the mistake. I think they are appalling. They have no record of the lens check I had last week, although the optician remembers. It isn't on the computer so it didn't happen. Unbelievable.
