After a very unhappy experience a few months ago with book depository I vowed never to use them again. However, due to them being the only UK supplier of a book I wanted I decided to give them a second chance. BIG MISTAKE.


I pre-ordered the book early September at a price on £12.74, they took the money immediately. On 1 October the day the book was due to be released I received an email telling me the book was in stock and that it would be with me in a few days! Today I checked to see if book had been sent "still processing" but I happened to notice that the price was £9.60 with RRP of £10.69. When querying the price we received a cock and bull story about different suppliers and the book hadn't been despatched yet so we could cancel and reorder for the cheaper price but they wouldn't refund the difference.

So charged more than they paid for the book and still hadn't been despatched!!! Whatever happened to customer service??? Needless to say cancelled the order and will never use this company!!!
