I began crafting 2 years ago and thought Create and Craft was the best thing since sliced bread! I picked up so many tips to make my card making look really professional and was so tempted to purchase the lovely items on offer. So my husband encouraged me to join the club and was very pleased to receive 10% off each of my purchases - and since then have spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds. This year there has been no free P & P and what a lot of money it is to order anything now with such high postage. On several occasions I have been driven made with THEIR mistakes, having been sent incorrect items and as many other crafters have already said it costs US more money to make the phone calls to customer services. Recently I placed an order which was incorrect and I have to say when I phoned customer services during the times stated, not once have I spoken to a person, all I have had is an automated recorded voice. I also wasted my time emailing them but never once have I had any response other than the initial automated reply. I've had enough now and will not be renewing my subscription and definitely not be ordering from them again! I suggest you crafters out there do as I have done from time to time, and will be doing from now on, and that is to search the web for companies that charge no P & P and on some occasions the items I have purchased have been cheaper. I have found this method not only cheaper but stress free and I have had lots of help with tips etc by emailing the demonstrators who appear on C & C directly at their own companies.
