Recently bought Samsung S3500 on PAYG. I'm quite organised at checking bills and household costs etc and spent a lot of time searching for a phone for my purposes.
Saw Dialaphone website and it is as easy to use and purchase from as any other phone website. Phone arrived on time but credit (purchased with phone) was not added within two working days as they told me it would be. I could not confirm receipt of phone due to zero credit and could not use another phone to confirm receipt. Tried to contact Dialaphone but all numbers were automated. I sent e-mail to confirm my receipt of phone and request credit be added. Should have had answer via e-mail or on Dialaphone website within 48 hours. Logged into 'My Account' with Dialaphone to be met with 'Server Error' message.
Head in hands, I called Orange who put £2 onto my sim as a gesture of goodwill to confirm receipt of my phone from Dialaphone (again automated) but still awaiting £10 credit bought with purchase of phone.
Total rubbish. No customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone but to avoid at all costs. Would have given them zero stars if I could. Yes the phone was delivered on time but I would expect that anyway.
