No doubt the web site offers the best price, but no stock information or tracking information is available. The site says order details, stock levels etc can be gotten by sending e-mails to various addresses and promises an automated response within 15mins to an hour. I've waited well over 24 hours and am now somewhat concerned about my order. I tried orders@cheapelectricals.co.uk and sales@cheapelectricals.co.uk with no reply. While cancel@cheapelectricals.co.uk seems to have canceled my order, I shall be keeping a close look at my credit card account. For the small savings I was to make over other sites I shall avoid this one in the future.

    We have tried hard to trace emails from this person and to date Nov 23rd we have been unable to trace an order, a Credit card charge or any emails?
