The rental was handled well by the company and once they confirmed the quote they used Alamo at the airport. Alamo were rapid and polite in processing our application but they accidentally charged us for the "fuel option" which was supposed to be free. We noticed this when we got home and complained to economycarrentals and didn't expect to be successful, but they were brilliant and got us our refund in full.
