What seemed a good deal ended up like most costing 3 times as much but no problems with the flight or in flight service. Just check in. We arrived at East Midlands fora 10.50 flight at 9.15 and found a long queue and 2 desks open this was speedily reduced to 1 and we then waited and waited until they finally realised that people were not going to make their flights and opened several more desks. This left us with just enough time to go through security and use the toilet before being one of the last to board. This cannot be good for the airport as we had not time to spend any money there
