SInce gooing to a Western Union branch is such a pain in Kuala Lumpur because they ask for an amazing amount of information and documents even for small trnasactions, I've decided to go through their website to send some money using my debit card, well after filling 3 pages of information it ask me to make a call to US, I did it and the operator told me the transaction was cancelled because I couldn't meet their business requirements, sorprisingly the money was taken out of my account, I called them again and now I have to wait 3 business days to get my money back (hopefully) for a transaction that didn't meet their "business requirements". !!!!
