I would advise people to check their policy right now, especially the amount the car is insured for....they can change this without informing you. I valued my car for £3000 but when i checked my emailed policy they changed it to £1000, made mistakes with dates of passing tests etc. Then wanted to charge me extra to make it upto £3000 cover. I will say some of the people there were helpful but my emails kept coming back delayed. I did cancel my policy as i felt very uncomfortable about the way my situation was handled.
