Seems that my experience differs from most others. I was looking for a Prius, and found one with Motorpoint that had all the specs I wanted and more, and at least a grand or two cheaper than anywhere else. Just before I rang to reserve it, they discounted the Priuses by around 400 pounds, so I got lucky. Anyway, I phoned the company, they took details of my old car and within 15 mins someone rang me with a price for a part exchange. The price was what I have been given by other dealers so I was happy. I paid the 300 pounds and reserved the car. After I read some of the reviews here I got very worried, so I rang then and asked them a few questions about the car, did it have a service, is it imported, and all seemed ok. Then I made the 100 mile journey to see and collect the car from Newport. The sales person was actually very pleasant and helpful. We went for a good test drive, and they seemed to be very well organised and have taken very good care of the items that comes with a car (eg spare keys, sat nav DVDs, all manuals and leafles, etc). They took my car for a very short spin, and that was it the deal was done. So all in all it was a great experience, and I would definitely buy from them again.
