Someone left a message on my phone asking to call him to confirm the order, when I called the number he left I discovered it was the wrong one so could not make contact.
A week later I received an email saying my order has been cancelled as i've not contacted them. When I got in touch I could hear Mike (the guy who left the message) complaining that he couldn't be bothered to reopen it and the other girl had to plead with him to help.
After another week had passed the phone hadn't arrived, called their customer serivces who sent the phone by courier and it arrived the next day. with out the SIM card. I am now waiting for the SIM to arrive. this will be 3 weeks by the time everything arrives. the direct debit did turn up however.
Sales numbers are free, but customer services are 0871.
AVOID this company. they are totally inept. the deal maybe cheap, but it's not worth the hassle.
