these people are a nightmare! Ordered in good faith to find out that the item was not in stock at all and infact they told me they didnt know when they would get more in. I cancelled the order.
just got my card statement, and they have charged me for an item they know they do not have and will not get.
Trying to get through on the phone is difficult at best... wish me luck when I do battle with their customer services tommorow!!! I wonder if I'll get my money back. Most unhappy.
